A private session is perfect if you are new to yoga & want to get familiar with the movements before joining a group class. For the more experienced, it is an opportunity to delve deeper or to begin a self-practice. Or you may simply prefer one-to-one tuition at a time that fits in with your schedule. So often it can be difficult to find the time to make it to a class!
Private yoga sessions are tailored specifically to you and your needs. We move at your pace & adjust the practice according to meet your needs on any given day. Classes can be held online, in your home, or a mix of both.
