Every season is a reminder that nothing lasts forever.  Some of us feel resistance as we leave the longer, warmer days of summer behind.  Others look forward to the cooler weather & the longer, darker evenings.  The shift in seasons is nature’s way of reminding us to pay attention. Noticing how the change from one season to the next affects us is the first step in discovering ways to make the transition with greater ease.

Cranage Hall, De Vere Estate, Cheshire

Spend a weekend of yoga in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. One night, two days, three yoga sessions and plenty of time for you.  An opportunity to pause & adjust to the changing seasons. Practice yoga in a warm bright studio.  Swim in the pool.  Relax in the therapeutic heat of the jacuzzi & steam rooms. Curl up with a book. See it as an opportunity to catch up with a good friend or to spend some time alone.

  • Full board accommodation in twin or double room based on two sharing is £175pp. Single rooms available on request at an extra cost of £30.  Includes breakfast, lunch & three-course evening meal.

  • Saturday & Sunday Yoga sessions.

  • Full use of the Leisure Centre including Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi & Gym from 09h00 Saturday to 16h00 Sunday.

  • Running tracks & walks can be accessed from the grounds.

  • Massages & other treatments can be booked directly with the hotel

Check-in anytime from 9 am on Saturday, ready for the first yoga class at 10.30 am.   You have access to the leisure club so there is time for a morning swim.   Lunch follows yoga after which you have free time to settle into your room & do as you wish.  There is another yoga session late Saturday afternoon & again Sunday morning after breakfast.   We round up the weekend with coffee/tea & homemade cake and a chance to ask questions or share your experience.
