Enjoy a weekend of yoga in the heart of the Cheshire countryside. As we transition from winter to spring take a pause from the busy-ness of  life.  Relax.  Re-connect with yourself.  Reflect on how beneficial it is to take time out for yourself.

Practise yoga in a warm bright studio.  Swim in the pool. Enjoy the therapeutic heat of the Jacuzzi & steam rooms. Book a massage. Spend time with the yoga group. Curl up in the privacy of the cosy lounge with a book. Be energetic. Be still. Be in the moment. Simply be.

De Vere Cranage Estate is tucked away in twenty acres of landscaped gardens, yet only an hour’s drive away from Manchester. The weekend runs from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon at a cost of £175pp & includes:

  • Full board accommodation in twin en-suite room. Single rooms available on request at an extra cost of £30.

  • Saturday & Sunday Yoga sessions.

  • Full use of the Leisure Centre including Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Jacuzzi & Gym from 09h00 Saturday to 16h00 Sunday.

  • Running tracks & walks can be accessed from the grounds.

  • Massages & other treatments can be booked directly with the hotel

The Saturday yoga session starts at 11am.  You can check-in anytime from 09am on Saturday and have access to the Hotel Leisure facilities.  A pre-yoga swim, sauna or a coffee are all options.  Lunch follows yoga after which you have time to settle into your room and relax.  There is another yoga session late Saturday afternoon & again Sunday morning. We round up the weekend with coffee/tea & homemade cake and an opportunity to ask questions or simply share your experience.
