Check-in anytime from 9 am on Saturday, ready for the first yoga class at 10.30 am. You have access to the leisure club so there is time for a morning swim. Lunch follows yoga after which you have free time to settle into your room & do as you wish. There is another yoga session late Saturday afternoon & again Sunday morning after breakfast. We round up the weekend with coffee/tea & homemade cake and a chance to ask questions or share your experience.
