All scheduled classes and private sessions are currently taught online.  Classes are brought to you via Zoom which is compatible with Apple and Android so you can use your PC, Mac, tablet, or i-pad.

The suggested charge for a class is £6, however, if this is not possible, pay what you can or not at all.  It’s at times like this we need yoga.

How do I sign up?

  • Choose your class from the schedule below. Sign up via the Register here button.
  • Fill in the Registration Form (it takes less than 3o seconds!) to receive the Zoom link for your chosen class via mail.  Save my email to your contacts to ensure safe receipt of the link.
  • Pay £6 for individual sessions or you can buy blocks of 5 classes for £30 or 10 classes for £60.
  • Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.  Full details are included in the Zoom link & in the Price section below.
  • The software will download automatically when you join your first Zoom session.  It only needs to be downloaded once.
  • I’ll be online 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time.  Please aim to log on to Zoom at least 5 minutes early so we can all begin the class together

I look forward to sharing a practice with you soon.
