From June 2021, I’m offering a blend of face to face, online & recorded sessions which will, I hope, continue to inspire your yoga practice.

Online & classes are brought to you via Zoom.  In addition to the live stream,  a recording is included in the cost of the class.  You’ll receive a link within 24 hours of the scheduled class with unlimited access for 7 days.  If you miss the live stream, or if you attended & want to repeat it you can do so at your leisure.  Make a booking now.

In-person classes are due to begin mid-June, please keep checking the schedule for updates.  For these classes to recommence,  we will be observing Government guidelines and respecting the following measures to Stay Safe in Class.

Movements are simple.  Time is given for skill-building.  You are encouraged to feel rather than think by paying greater attention to your breath & body.   Classes are designed to engage, inspire, & and improve your overall well-being.   Yoga for All will help you to breathe, move & to live with greater ease.
